Common questions
Moving hosts sounds complicated. It isn't — I handle it for you.
It shouldn't. I'll set everything up on the new hosting and test it before switching your domain over. The aim is a seamless move with little to no interruption for your visitors.
No long contracts. Hosting runs month to month, and if you decide to leave, just give me a month's notice. I'll help make sure you have what you need to move elsewhere.
Your website is monitored around the clock, so I'll often know about a problem before you do. If something goes wrong, backups are kept for 30 days and can be used to get things running again.
Business email can be set up and managed alongside your hosting. If you need Microsoft 365 or another email service, I'll get it configured on your domain and working across your devices. Any third-party licence costs are agreed separately.
