I'll find a name that suits the business, register it, point it at your site and keep on top of the renewals so it never lapses. It's yours, in your name, and it comes with you if you ever move on.

Proper email at your own address instead of a Gmail one — it reads better on a quote and it's far less likely to land in someone's spam. I set it up on your phone and laptop for you.

Usually yes. I need the current registrar and an authorisation code from whoever holds it, and I will chase that up for you if the old designer has gone quiet. The domain ends up registered in your name.
No. The old mailbox is copied across before anything is switched, so the history is all still there. The changeover happens out of hours and I set the new account up on your phone and laptop myself.
For local work, yes. Most things are quicker to sort remotely, but if it needs somebody stood in front of it then I will come out.
I will say so plainly and point you at someone who does. I would rather turn a job down than take one on badly.
